Large bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles and counter tops, modern washbasin and generous shower area. A hot water system supplies both the shower and the washbasin. The bedroom floor is tiled with marble tiles to help keep it cool.
Living/kitchen area
A huge light and airy space with rich teak floors and sliding doors that lead straight onto the pool and terrace garden. There is an open-plan kitchen with a plentiful supply of cupboards and work surfaces. It is fitted with a stainless steel sink with mixer taps, an electric hob, extractor fan and a large refrigerator.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
general :
The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.
entertainment :
The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.
eating & living :
There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
general :
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is a garage.
Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
